What is TOEFL?
TOEFL stands for Test of English as a Foreign Language. It is one of the most widely accepted English fluency tests that is done worldwide. The test is done to check measure the English speaking/reading/writing/listening ability of non native speakers in order to study abroad in an English speaking country.

Your TOEFL score is valid for two years.
TOEFL Test Format
The four skills that are tested in IELTS test are as follows :
- Reading
This section of the test goes on for 60-80 minutes and a total of 30 questions are needed to be answered. The student is required to read 3-4 paragraphs and answer accordingly.
- Listening
This section goes on for 60-90 minutes and you are needed to answer 34-51 questions depending upon the listening material. You are required to listen to lectures or conversations and answer accordingly.
- Speaking
This is the shortest section and spans for only 20 minutes and there are roughly six tasks.
- Writing
This spans for about 50 minutes. You are required to compare a paragraph or a piece of text and write your opinions.
